—Chief Executive Officer.  Primary inventor and patent holder, extensive experience in manufacturing and sales distribution.  Mr. White had an extensive career in the equity markets as an analyst.  Mr. White also was a registered investment advisor.   He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Chapman University where he graduated with honors.

—Chief Operations Officer.  Mr. McAdams has started, ran, and sold a successful electronics parts business. He has developed several electronic products that became industry standards.  Mr. McAdams has earned an MBA in Marketing and was the graduated number 1 in his class.  He graduated from Cal State Hayward with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 1970.
